Which pilates class is right for you?

Whatever your experience of Pilates and your own fitness level, there is a Bodies Under Construction session format to suit your needs:

Initial Session

This initial session, incorporates a full Pilates assessment and postural analysis followed by a Pilates key elements session. This session will be tailored to your needs. If you are a beginner you will be introduced to matwork and equipment based exercises. Remember as discussed in the previous section of our website - getting started, you have the choice to work with a Pilates instructor or a Physiotherapist. If you are unsure about which session is right for you please contact us.

This session is compulsory for all participants wanting to enter one of our programmes. It allows us to adequately assess each participant and not only aids safety and injury prevention but allows us to tailor the exercises to individual needs.
