Registration


Pre-registration is required for all sessions.

Cancellation Policy


A minimum 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule all private and group sessions or the full charge for the session will apply. All missed appointments will be charged for.

Foundation Reformer packages have a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice before the start of the program as these are run on demand and are limited to 4 per group. If not, the package price will be charged.

Important Information


1. All sessions are open to Esporta and Non-Esporta members

2. Each pilates session will last for 55 minutes. Due to staff requirements, instructors may change at short notice, and we cannot guarantee that you will have the same instructor for scheduled groups sessions.

3. All private and group sessions are booked on a first come first served
basis. Bookings can be done in person at the studio with one of the staff or
via the telephone or email.

4. Payments to be made by cash, cheque or credit card at the time of booking sessions, (cheques must be accompanied by a cheque guarantee card and made payable to TLC Physio Limited)

5. All payments made are not transferable and no refunds will be allowed.

6. A time restriction of 3 months on block bookings apply. Any remaining sessions must be taken within this time.

7. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to finish at the appointed time

8. Sessions may be frozen for medical reasons only and on receipt of a written letter from your doctor

9. Please accept that you exercise at your own risk.  Bodies Under Construction Pilates is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring on the premises. Please note that group sessions are not suitable in the early stages of an injury or rehabilitation, and as such participants will be encouraged to have one-to-one sessions. Pre-natal clients need to ensure that they have medical clearance to perform exercise. Post-natal clients are able to attend sessions 6 weeks following a normal birth and 10-12 weeks following a c-section, but this will be at the instructor's discretion, based on medical clearance by your doctor.

10. Due to the hands on nature of pilates, we ask clients to bring clean socks and wear clean workout gear. No studded clothing, zips or buckles please.

11. Please remove all jewellery/watches as these may damage the equipment. No strong perfumes please.

12. The management and staff have the right to request any client who is unsuitably dressed, or whose behaviour is disruptive, to leave the premises.  The session will be charged for.

Privacy Policy


Bodies Under Construction Pilates respects your privacy, and we appreciate your interest in our Pilates Studio.

Information we collect and how it is used


We currently do not collect or store any financial information of any users. On certain pages, we give users the option of providing us with contact information, including name, phone, and e-mail address, as a requirement. Providing this information is voluntary which we use internally in order to respond to your enquiry. We will not provide your information to any third party.

If you have opted into membership of our information newsletter, you may cancel participation in email newsletters by following the instructions on each newsletter. Information you provide may be used for our Online marketing purposes, including but not limited to, one-off promotional e-mailing, direct mail, and sales contacts. We will honour all requests for list removal sent to us.
