As well as being excellent for general fitness and well-being, pilates is also highly recommended by the medical profession. At Bodies Under Construction Pilates we have a number of Physiotherapists with a special interest in pilates who have experience assessing dysfunction and dealing with client rehabilitation post injury and surgery.
You can choose to train 1-2-1 with one of our highly experienced and professional instructors or you can attend group classes with a maximum of three other participants in the session. Working so closely with an instructor ensures you perform each exercise correctly to give you optimum results from your workout.
